IDK what to think of this but I think it might be really wrong if so I need help to overcome it or control it or any way get rid of this. Not every time but more than often when I am intimate with my wife I think and fantasize about my exes so that I can get off, and by just saying that I know it is wrong. I should be thinking about my wife not my exes to get off. What can I do guys? I asked to help me with this so maybe the Holy Spirit can help me through you guys, I feel bad thinking these things when I'm intimate with my wife, I love her and I should not be disrespectful with my thoughts.
