Just finished tier 1 after finishing tier 2 earlier today. I gotta say my original perception (from previous post) was wrong. This boss fight on cursed isn’t that hard at all once you understand all the fights mechanics. If anyone wants some tips I am willing to give as much as I can!
I will share some important ones here:
- Use Death machine for Drav’s (the boss) double crit phase. I’m talking about the part where Tyr and Drav are pushing against one another and Drav’s arm shows two crit spots. Bring a death machine and use it for this part. Makes the phase easy asf/1 shot and the Glocke pod usually drops another death machine before this phase so you can pick that one up to fast track the totem phase/solo Drav phase.
- Pick up the frag grenades the zombies drop during totem phase. You can throw the grenades in the totems MOUTHS which instantly drop them down. It’s way more consistent than using lantern and makes sure you’ll always have a latern charge for frozen zones, which leads me to my next tip
- use lantern for frozen zones. I had no idea about it this my first win but the lantern keeps you from getting frozen as long as it has 1* charge. Some people have been saying full charge which isn’t the case it just needs one. If your fight with Drav prolongs to the point he freezes all 3 zones just hide with the lantern behind a long wall and eventually it will go back to the totem phase
