Applied for house on Zillow. The person listing it is a known business owner in the area however according to a property search is not the owner of the house.

Applied, Did a self guided tour, said they wanted the house, person scheduled an in person meeting with them and said during the meeting that they use cash app or Zelle for payment. The home is in a large hoa suburban neighborhood. I think my friends who are already living in Airbnbs are about to be scammed but she will 100% push back if I say anything so I just wanted to check if it seemed legit or figure out a way to check accuracy? I hope it isn’t. I want to see them in a home but it seems almost to good to be true considering other personal things that would usually deter a landlord from a family like this and I’d hate for them to spend their airbnb funds and be stuck with no shelter at all. Only thing throwing me off is them wanting to meet in person

All of this happened within 21 hours of it being listed on Zillow.
