Hi,

I had Robux in pending status for about 30 days, but instead of being credited to my account, they were removed from pending and I still never received them.

I already contacted Roblox Support, but I only get automated replies saying Robux can take some time to arrive.

Has anyone else had this happen or knows what I can do next?
