Since bits attempt 1 was hella unexpected and they had asked random theory even from their college curriculum , was trying to figure out ts which prolly can be asked as I had seen a similar question somewhere..

I had been working out and taking care of my diet since Nov and the results were amazing until march. From that point to mid April the scale was stagnant idk that was fine tho . Now since 1 week i have not been going to the gym ( due to temporary change of place and periods ) I already feel I have regained all my fat back especially face fat I mean all these months in vain!!???
