Hi PH HR Peeps,

I recently submitted an immediate resignation due to a toxic work environment. However, my manager declined it and is insisting I render 30 days. I have no plans to return.

I’ve also attempted to surrender my company equipment, but HR placed it on hold based on my manager’s instruction.

How can I proceed with my clearance if my resignation isn’t being acknowledged? I at least want to properly return company assets.
