Hey yall!
I just got diagnosed with gingivitis after four years of not being able to see a dentist for financial reasons and amateur oral hygiene…

Been feeling quite defeated but I already got an electric toothbrush and inderdental toothpicks but I’m wondering if any of you have some product recommendations and/or tips and tricks that have worked for you! I want to really take this by the horns and do whatever I can to slow this process down and/or stop it.

Hi has anybody gotten a gum graft surgery in Europe? Like in Budapest or somewhere around? Im located there so im looking for something close by:)
