Question about family reunification visa with an EU, Non German national

Looking around online it SEEMS I could get a family reunification visa if/when I am married to a citizen of a EU member state non German national. Basically:

  • Spouse moves to Germany with job and degree and place to live.

  • Spouse is a born citizen of a EU country that is NOT Germany

  • We are married

  • I apply for and aquire German reunification visa

Is this scenario realistic/am I correct in understanding this is how it could work? If not let me know please. Thank you! Oh and if you look at my last post I am still trying that way. But I like to have options or paths I COULD take.

IT Vocational Training/Intetnship questions

Hello! I am an American looking to move to Germany with unfortunately not great qualifications but actively working on said qualifications. I am currently doing what I can to save money as well as learning Back-end development on my own. I understand that trying to do anything related to working let alone living in Germany would be near impossible without the language knowledge. However, I am planning on spending a few months in Germany with a language learning visa to at least not be completely walking blind. I've also got friends in Germany willing to help with living, and some language help. However financially I'm on my own 100%.

How realistic is it for me to be able to get vocational training in Europe with these in mind? I'm not saying leave tomorrow like as I am now, but when I have the money and moderate back end development experience and skills.

And if reddit isn't the place to ask this that's fine. I've also got info on an immigration lawyer to be able to talk to as well. However, that costs money. And I'd like to save as much as I can lol. Which is why I'm here first. If there is any info I should share to get a better response please lemme know. Hope everyone has a great day!

Edit: I very much appreciate the advice and knowledge from those in the comments. It has given me some more hope as well as a better idea of how I will go forward with my plans.
