I took my first dose yesterday then went to the tanning beds. Today it’s very cloudy and I can’t go back to the tanning beds before work due to a 24 hour waiting period between times I can get in the tanning bed so this means I probably won’t get any UV exposure today. Do I still pin? Do I pin everyday regardless of if I get sun every day or not? Let me know thanks!
