Got into a car crash recently after graduating and now have neuropathy causing a paralysis in my left hand fingers. Subsequently now I only have one hand for typing. Have no idea if hand will come back or not

Any suggestions or helpful advice?

What would I tell recruiters, what do I change in resume, what jobs should I go for, should I pivot careers (any suggestions on this too?) etc

I have a BS in computer science, highly motivated, no past CS job experience, live in a low-tech area
