Guys it's getting confusing as hell especially for people outside US. So what is the legal definition for doing explosives in USA? Dugan got arrested, a lot of people saying doing energetics is legal as long as you not engage in business etc. AI is saying the opposite but there's also an very old video online of Darian Ballard saying the ATF visited him once because of energetics etc. but it seems it went well for him. So honestly I don't get it. So maybe here is someone with a law degree or someone who knows 100%. What is legal and what is Illegal in your country as far as energetics go?
