I don't know when I updated my phone to 3.0.10.0, but I can't seem to access settings anymore, it just shows a blank screen then autocloses. I have my update set to automatic and I've tried safe mode and it still won't open.

Edit 1: The settings summary report say it "failed to find dex offset"

Edit 2: I tried adb, but it comes back with error 2001, where Xiaomi blocked it
