Did you find that when you did feel emotions they were very intense and stressful ? Like they sort of consumed all your thoughts until your brain just tapped out and stopped feeling them ?
So I just moved into an apartment in a poorer area and my upstairs neighbour has been causing me hastle since day one, on the first day I arrived here he literally screamed at me through my ceiling while I was listening to music at about 6 or 7 pm, he also starts banging and very loudly coughing when I make the slightest sound like going into my kitchen or sitting on my couch its pretty ridiculous and its completely unnecessary... What should I do about this ? Interestingly enough when I see him in person he seems rather upset or avoids eye contact entirely...
