Like should I reroll only for lvl 3 passive or they give give different stats too each time I reroll an armour?

I have some cube key bundles in my bag. Should I use them now or save them for later farming ( i am world lvl 2) . Like in genshin you should save ur resin until you reach ar 45 to get 5 star artifacts drop. Is there something similar here in this game too?

I am at that point of the game where you're stuck coz your characters are not built ( currently at act 5) . I am not strong enough to beat the boss to get my book of stars reward. I did watch some guide videos on building the characters but everyone suggests the SSR artifacts weapons which I don't have resources to build right now. I am confused what to do coz if I just randomly upgrade SR artifacts and weapons then I will run out of exp materials. Also I am 20 pulls away from guaranted meliodas if you know how I can farm it quickly ( other than opening chests) . Please give me some tips which I can follow through..( also sorry for bad english)
