Was anyone able to lower ldl to 55 or close without meds? Is it theoretically possible?

Just curious if this is possible, if you ask a dr they'd say it's not possible because they think we are not capable of holding a diet and a regime. But was there anyone capable of doing this from diet and activity, is it theoretically possible?

Plant sterols, yes or no?

Does anyone take plant sterols for lowering cholesterol? I am afraid to take because I ve read about sitosterelomeia, is there even any way to test for that?

My hdl went from 43 to 28 after months of dieting, weight loss and hours of daily physical activity

Hdl 28, trigs 81, ldl 142, total 182, apob 1.02 .

Ldl was 240 in january reduced it by a lot, my worry is, why is the hdl so damn low, i do a lot pf physical activity on a daily basis, 2 hours of treadmill walk, 30 mins of zone 2 treadmill, 1h of strength training, 1h of mobility/stabilit exercises. Diet is oats, berries, nuts, evoo with high polyphenol, oats lentils, beans, avocado, chicken breast, fat fish... No sugar, no juice, no alcohol, no cigarettes
