I have the opportunity to get several arcade / bowling CRT monitors. However, they have an RGB DB9 connector. Can I simply convert HDMI → VGA → DB9?

The CRTs are from the brand Fenice s.r.l., model: F34AC, serial: A18041 from 2004.

Does anyone know these monitors? I can’t find anything about them online. Are they 15 kHz or 31 kHz?

Are monitors like these even suitable for a video wall?
