Hacked account from friend request.
I received a friend request from a friend, it was sus but I couldnt remember if we ever added each other. Then I saw our mutual servers and was sure that it was indeed him. After accepting the request, I sent a dm asking if he got hacked on his old account, this is when my account went poof, both from pc and my phone.
I logged right back in using the authenticator app on my phone cos I had 2FA on, then changed the password immediately without waiting, but the moment it changed, I was logged out again, and at this point I could no longer logged back in with any passwords I remembered.
When I used the forgot password function, it appeared that my account was disabled, and I got an email about my account violate the TOS/ Community Guidlines
I submitted a ticket using the discord support portal (had to make an account here), but so far I have only got a response from the Clyde bot.
How long would it normally take to recover an account? And is it possible to revert it back to the previous stage such as what servers I joined, message history?
