Hey everyone,
I just accidentally smashed the glass over the sensor on my Amazfit Helio Strap 🥲
The device still turns on, but the sensor area is clearly damaged. I’m not sure if it’s still safe/accurate to use like this.
Has anyone here dealt with something similar?
- Is it possible to replace just the sensor glass or repair it somewhere?
- Or is this basically a “buy a new one” situation?
I haven’t found any spare parts online, so I’m guessing Amazfit doesn’t officially sell replacements—but maybe someone found a workaround?
Would really appreciate any advice before I decide what to do 🙏
