Ok, so I just recently lost to Wallace, I left victory road to grab raquza from the sky pillar and for the past two days I been falling through this damn floor, is it raquza worth it? Should I just grind the few levels up to beat Wallace

Ok, so this is my first ever leaf green run help me out guys what should I expect, and as far as starter Pokemon, as a kid I picked squirtle for the gameboy console, but now I’m an adult and starting all over I want charmander,but then again I really want bulbasaur.
