REQUEST - Felt Popcorn for Cat

About 10 years ago I purchased these felt popcorn toys for my cat. We had three and are now down to one!
They’re his life. He fetches it, takes it to bed, and always knows its location. Like a baby toy.
The Etsy shop has closed and I emailed in hope to order more but no luck.
Is there anyone who can make these for me/him? We would be so grateful and can pay!!
I’m not sure if it needle pointed or stitched felt.
