Likely from the last 20 years. I thought it was The Collector or The Collection, but it must be the gimp-style mask that is familiar! All I recall is that at the end of the film, the final person is struggling with the killer, who has seemed to be human throughout. Their mask is taken off and they are not human. They may be bald? This final confrontation may be happening in or near a car, at night. The final person is being taken captive.
