When you're walking, you can't tell what these drivers are doing, or where they're looking, but I can promise you that it's not the road, or the crosswalk that they are currently parked on.

You can't tell if they're paying attention at a stop sign, so waiting your turn while driving becomes tricky.

Anecdotally they also seem to be way more inclined to behave like assholes on our streets.

I got hit in a hit and run (as a pedestrian) a few years ago and we had video but the cop said that their windows were so dark we couldn't identify the driver so there was nothing they could do. So why in the hell do we let them do that? Like if doing one illegal thing gives you a pass on every other illegal thing, why would we not enforce it?

Why would we let our shittiest drivers have a balaclava for their SUV?
