This law firm front is sending out voicemail to a list of bought names and cell phones. The message addresses the customer by their name and requests them to confirm the date and time for delivery of legal documents and provides a case number to use when calling 833-465-1401. They introduce themselves as Oakstone & Associates and no matter what one says, they ask for the case number. When the case number given in the voicemail is provided they tell you that it's missing more numbers, but they ask you for the name of the person that was called. If one complains that it's the only number provided in the voicemail, they hang up. What's funny is that there is no customer service, there's no conversation unless you can provide the name. Second, the number that created the original voicemail is not a Short-Code, but another number that belongs to Oakstone: 813-683-4805. When that one is called, they say: "file office."
When the caller tries to confirm the firm as Oakstone, the receptionist says, "Yes, what's your case number?" When the caller attempts to get help by having Oakstone to resend the voicemail with the correct case number, they say that it's an outsourced message service, which can't be true because it used Oakstone's number as the line making the voicemail, a man calling himself Mario Withelspee[sic]. Again, no customer service.
Lastly, on their website, oakstoneassocfirm.com, which by the way can only be found by Google using a smartphone as it won't show up at all on a PC, there's another phone number: 833-449-2970. Their website invites anyone to find out how the firm can help them with legal problems, but when this number is called there is no customer service. They introduce themselves as "Oakstone & Associates, how can I help you," but no matter what is said, they ask you for a case number. And if you fail to answer the question they say ,"I'm sorry, we do not accept solicitations at this number ..," and they hang up!
