For over a year, people have been asking to buy Cau Mau's properties since he is an inactive player. He only logs on to pay the bills so that he doesn't lose whatever he owns. He has gotten rid of some of them but still owns one. It's a Mirror Park house that people like Eliyanna have been asking to buy. She has made offers to him in the past and recently made another offer in DMs which Haunted showed on stream due to the new property legislation. He also went in different meta discord channels to see what people are saying about this situation and was getting mad over it. To him, playing the server about 30 minutes per month is enough reason for him to still own a property.

On April 30th, the Kraken Games were played with around 100 participants. With 6 different challenges and a lights out phase where people fought each other, the event ran very well and was finished in less than 4 hours.
