Hey everyone,
My university's gym is closing in a month due to summer vacation (3 months) and I am looking at different gyms to go to during that time.
The closest and least expensive gym just changed their flooring and I was told they didn't allow deadlifting on the padded floors anymore by the boss.
I plan on purchasing a membership at this gym as I don't feel like transiting too far in 40°C weather. However, I also want to improve my deadlift as it's one of my weaker lifts.
Other than RDLs, SLDLs, Squats, and general leg exercises, are there any other exercises I can do to help improve my deadlift without deadlifting directly? Whether it be accessory deadlift or other exercises? (Kind of a stupid question I know).
Thanks in advance!
