Will the 007's Aston Martin DB5 (Obsidian Gold) Wheels be given to free for players who already own the car body? Or will it get an Item Shop release? Because this just feels like false advertising for those who bought the vehicle bundle.

Will the wheels be available for free for players who already own the 007's Aston Martin DB5 car body? Especially since the wheels were seen in an Item Shop preview of the car, and was hinted as being part of the vehicle bundle. Because this just feels like a letdown for those who bought the car expecting to also get these wheels.
