Breakfast: yogurt, seeds, raspberries, banana.
Lunch: feta, chickpea & veg salad
Dinner: rice, roasted veg, soya chunks
Snacks: peanut butter, apple (which I’ll chop up and have with the PB), nuts, crisps, chocolate, innocent shot.
The pineapple is to share with my coworkers.
