Noticed some dry flakey skin on my male goat is this treatable? Or any thoughts on what may be causing this? It’s only on the male he is wethered. We have 3 Nigerian dwarf goats, 2 girls 1 male. They all seem pretty healthy. We’ve had them for about 3 1/2 years now and no problems.

Edit it’s only in that one area.
