Hey! So I started at UNIQLO around three weeks ago and need some advice/tips for future promotions since we did self evaluation as of recently.
I wanna hear answers from current or even former employees! I’m trying to climb up the ranks and eventually be able to do Cashwrap & Alterations.
How do I memorize the divisions and what’s a good way to memorize them??
I know that 21-29 is women’s wear
and 31-38 is men’s wear and 12 is all kids wear.
How fast did it take you to climb the ranks from A1 to A2/A3? F2/F3 for International employees
I asked prior to working there during my interview, what they look for in an employee that’s been working there for a year and they told me about climbing the ranks and how someone was either A3/A4 within a span of 3-months
How do I memorize all the technology and what they do?(Airism,Heattech,Supima)
