I visited pai in Toronto last month and I had the northern Thai sausage so good.. given that I had her book I decided to try and make them and I ended up making 4 things from the book this weekend and very thing was 10/10

1. Massaman veal gaeng massaman so so so good
   2.northern Thai sausage I got to try these at the restaurant they taste exactly the same so so good.
2. Grilled pork skewers (moo ping)
3. Sour sausage (sai grog isaan) these are fermenting on my counter now.. will have them this weekend
