I was recently using chrome as normal. Everything worked fine as i went to start up a game. To clear memory and to make the game run better, i closed my chrome since it had a good handful of tabs and went to play.
It went completely fine, and as i was finishing up with the game i opened up chrome to search something.
However, as i was searching, i noticed that i had been logged off and there was instead a completely new, default account instead.
I went to log on back to my main account, assuming that it was an issue related to the chrome app altogether, but noticed that my other profile that i barely used was completely intact.
Once i managed to log on to my main account, i found out that i had been logged out of basically everything. Youtube, Discord, Reddit X, etc. Most annoying thing was that my extensions were still there, however they were completely reset and the settings that i had for each of them were completely wiped.
It'd be greatly appreciated if someone could *at least* tell me what could've been the problem, or even better, give a solution to get all my former settings back, because this was absolutely devastating. I went through the 5 stages of grief as of experiencing all of this.
