New player here, I was wondering on who to spend my pulls on since there seems to be a lot of limited characters being featured right now.

I was thinking on trying to go for Rubuska now since I don have another sustain for my Paper Heron team + I also have Semmelweis for the beginnings of a bloodtithe team. I have around ~90 pulls right now, so I’m wondering if that would be a good idea and if there’s anyone else I should get.
