Heyo! I am a student at UoM, rebooked a silver ensuit room in Manchester Student Village for next academic year, but have to now change accommodations due to some unexpected financial difficulties :(
In order to cancel it I need to find another tenant to take over my booking. The room is genuinely great - its pretty large, with a decently sized bathroom. Best thing about the accommodation is the location - it's less than a 15 minutes walk from UoM, 15 minutes away from the city centre and is in general well connected in terms of transport (Deansgate metrolink ~10 minutes away, multiple bus stops and the Oxford Street train station). The accommodation has free gym and social spaces for tenants and in general has a ton of fun activities going on all year round.
It's 226ppw, booked for 45 weeks. They have recently increased the price to 244 ppw, but the overtaking tenant would be paying the price I stated.
