What’s a “small feature” in an app/product that instantly makes you trust it more?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately while testing different apps and beta products.

Sometimes it’s not the big flashy AI features or design that make a product feel good — it’s the tiny details.

For me, things like:

  • fast onboarding
  • transparent pricing
  • a clean settings page
  • quick support replies
  • not forcing account creation immediately

…make me trust a product way more.

On the other hand, some small things instantly make me uninstall:

  • aggressive popups
  • fake urgency/countdowns
  • confusing UI
  • asking for too many permissions
  • slow loading times

Curious what everyone else thinks.

What’s one surprisingly small thing that instantly makes you either trust OR delete a product during beta testing?
