Do I have a wrongful termination case

I worked at a restaurant for 7-8 months and one

Manager was terrible and I reached out to hr and they did a culture interview on everybody there I told them everything I’ve seen heard and put up with then went home the very next day I worked at the end of my shift when I was calling out I got pulled to the manager office there I was told I was let go but little backstory I was given a write up for making a joke towards a African American co-worker they make jokes Like that all the time so I thought I was fine but I got a write up for it so I stopped making those type of jokes and I thought I was good now to the real topic so that was my only write up I live in NC so you need at least 3 write ups or 2 that violate the same thing but I only received one write ups and this is all my termination letter said due to violation of company policy in light of new evidence tm has already had a write up for the same violation tm also made light of previous write up with managers and crew member’s at this time tm will be terminated

I didn’t sign it because one what’s the new so called evidence I don’t know if I have a case but I really feel like I do I just feel like it was odd that I spoke to hr one day and voiced complaints about this manager then the next day I’m terminated.
