I have been through 3 different shower heads, why does everything fit except for the piece that’s actually supposed to go on the shower arm?
We moved into this place a couple weeks ago. My girlfriend wants a detachable shower head and I’m at my wit’s end. The original shower head fits, attaching the hose incorrectly fits, but the piece actually intended for the shower arm only ever tightens to a certain extent and then pops off. What am I doing wrong here?
ETA: The first 2 shower heads were from Amazon, this one is a Kohler from Costco
