This map plots every restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide worldwide:

all star tiers (1, 2, and 3 stars), Bib Gourmand, and The Plate(the-plate-michelin). About 19,000 markers in total.

Each place is tagged by its Michelin category, so you can filter and distinguish between them on the map.

The markers might look sparse in the screenshot, but if you open the map and zoom in, you'll see all ~19,000 of them.

I'd recommend viewing on desktop rather than mobile for the best experience. We'll find out together whether the map can survive 20k markers.
