I have been bashing my head into this tool for about 6 hours now and I can't find anything that will work.
Here is the article I'm following to make it work.

This is my table I'm running the tool on.
This is a subset of three address's I'm trying to test the tool on before running on my custom address layer of 120,000 Address's

I'm at a loss, have tried every combination of different fields, not all the fields, lots of things. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
