Hello dear colleagues,
we have found that there are significant differences in the intake air culture of the AVENTURA 307. Some motorcycles are revved too hard and are difficult to control below 3,000 rpm.
An improvement can usually be achieved by re-adjusting the throttle valve. Proceed as follows:
• Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes
• After reconnecting, switch on the ignition and check that the kill switch is set to ON
• SLOWLY fully open the throttle and hold it at the stop for 3 seconds. Then release the throttle
• Repeat this process 2 more times (3 times in total)
• Then start the engine and let it run for 3–5 minutes without applying any throttle. The engine may run unevenly at first
• The motorcycle can then be ridden normally. The mapping will adjust automatically
It is also important to reduce the free play of the throttle grip to a minimum.
