hi, just want to know how law firms handle new client intake and where things usually go wrong

when a new lead comes in like a website form, a phone call, an email, or a referral what does your actual process look like step by step? is the process centeralized?

where do u collect the info
how do u tell if it's worth taking
how do u follow up
is there any tools u follow?
do u rely on ai? if yes, how much
how much can u automate reliably

also whats the most annoying or time consuming part of this whole thing

NOTE: not selling anything, just trying to gain an understanding of how things work and see whats painful in a typical workflow
