Can i refuse a refund?
sold a brand new coach nag ( still with tags ans padding intact ) for half of retail price. now the buyer sent a tiny crease on the straps saying the item is not as described? is that significant damage cause im getting really frustrated. the bags straps was still wrapped from the store?
