I’m currently about one year post Accutane and my acne is now back with comparable severity to my face pre-accutane. it worked well for me (first two photos are when i got off of it) and i had clear skin for about six months, and it’s slowly gotten worse until where i’m at currently in the last two pics. i’m wondering if anybody would recommend a second course to me, i’ve already tried using adapalene and it doesn’t seem to be working for me. i should also note i stopped taking accutane 2 months before i reached my cumulative dose, i know this was a mistake but the side effects were annoying and i had clear skin anyways. Any advice or insight on other experiences would be appreciated. I want to avoid taking the medication again just for it to come back.
