32 year old female. Unknown family history. Okay so in November I felt a lump in my right breast. Went to my doctor told her I found said lump and that my armpit had been hurting. She put in for a mammogram. In December it came back and showed nothing concerning (will include the wording from report below) they couldn’t find the lump both I and my Dr felt but I did have a lymph node that no one ever mentioned since it’s only slightly enlarged. They found a probable fibroadenoma in my other breast. Again not concerning. They said come back in June. But then last month I’ve noticed that my left breast started sagging a lot and I can feel my lump. My nipple is also not in the same location and my breast HURTS. My armpits both are sore. My dr told me it’s probably just hormones. But now I am a bit concerned and wondering why no other me ever brought up the lymph node and why it’s still hurting 5 months later. I’ve lost 20 pounds (127-105) but they say it’s from starting a new ADHD medicine. I need advice because my doctor shut me down.

The breasts are heterogeneously dense which may obscure small masses..

No suspicious mass, microcalcifications or architectural distortion.

ULTRASOUND: Grayscale and color Doppler ultrasound of the bilateral breast was performed. No abnormality involving the right breast near concern. 1.8 cm right axillary lymph node is noted. 1.1 cm well-circum scribed hypochoic density is noted involving the 10:00 position of the left breast suggesting a fibroadenoma.

IMPRESSION:

No abnormality demonstrated involving the right breast.

1.1 cm suspected fibroadenoma involving the 10:00 position of the left breast.

BI-RADS Category 3. Probably benign

RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommend 6 month follow-up left breast ultrasound and mammogram to evaluate for stability. Alternatively consider tissue diagnosis of the lett breast suspected fibroadenoma
