So I've only joined Funrize and other sister casinos about a week ago, so I'm not to familiar with how they are. I do clearly remember reading on here that if you win money from promo money they cap out your winnings at 25.00.
Well today I collected the daily bonus for day 7... free spins on the game tidal (the purple octopus?). I managed to get the hold and win bonus. During my bonus I landed 2 wheels and a mini. The first wheel spin i got major jackpot which was 50.00. So total hold and win bonus game winnings totaled around $72.
After exiting the game my balance did not reflect that AT ALL so I contacted support. I'll post pics below. 1.00 is the maximum I was asked to win they said. Not off of all free play spins issued... but the ones I just won money on were only 1.00. What is the point then? Just give me 1 on the 7th day.
I don't appreciate when I feel like a company is being sneaky or predatory. Also it's a bad business move...I would've deposited money and probably put that 72 bucks back into their site... but now they get 0.
