my roommate moved out when i wasn’t in the room, and left a big ahh mess 😭 im talking unswept floors, candy wrappers on the mattress, stuff burned into the desk (?), and trash still in the trashcan

would housing charge me the cleaning fee if its only his side that’s dirty ? or should i ‘take one for the team’ and clean up after him
