Hi everyone, I have become aware of a very specific issue. I have a business name registered for a few years now and are operating under this name in an Australian city. A new business has popped up a few weeks ago with the EXACT same name, in the SAME industry in the SAME city with the same instagram, website name save for a dash or underscore. I'm fuming because like, get your own business identity. I can't find a similarly listed name on ASIC. What are my rights?
