Anyone using SEND for Prime Day shipments this year?
Started using SEND for Prime Day shipments for the first time this year. Honestly, the experience has been smoother than I expected so far. Pricing was cheaper compared to some of the offline forwarder quotes I received, and the booking/support experience has been pretty decent as well.
Still early, but hoping the service quality and rates stay stable during the Prime Day rush period 😅
Anyone else here using SEND for Prime Day shipments this year? Curious to know how your experience has been with pickup, delivery timelines, and support.
