Hi, I am reaching out because my account got frozen yesterday for disputing a charge with an app I have not had downloaded in over a year. The dispute went in my favor but they froze my account in fear someone had access to my info yesterday they sent me an email to upload my ID and a picture of me with my ID. I uploaded it immediately yesterday and was told 3-5 business days. Has anyone had anything similar happen and if so how long did it take after upload of ID? It’s been 2 business days so far.
