Hi! Would love to get your thoughts on this.

I’m considering buying a 1BR condo (32.5 sqm) priced at ₱4.8M, but total cost will likely be closer to ₱5M after fees near Santolan, Pasig. This would be my first big purchase/investment, and I’m planning to live in it after turnover.

Developer is DMCI.

I’m honestly torn between thinking it’s a solid move vs. worrying that I might just be acting on impulse 😅

Would really appreciate any insights—especially on pricing, size, or overall value. Is this a good buy or should I slow down?
