Re listening to the POD and did anyone touch on this...how did she know the gender of the baby??

Hi. Lawyer here.

I am realistening to the POD , episode 4. This pertains to the part where they have Laura's testimony at court used to get a restraining order against Clayton. It was that whole Halloween costume meme. Allegedly, he was the only one that had that sonogram so he created that meme.

The podcast states that she appeared in person and was visibly pregnant.

In the sound recording from the hearing describing the meme, we can hear Laura say, "it's me holding a picture of our SON that only he had."

My question is this:

First, Wasn't it supposed to be twins? Why didn't she say sons, plural?

Second, When did she find the gender out? My understanding from the podcast is that the only sonogram in question was taken when she was six weeks. You cannot find out gender that early. If there was a later sonogram taken where gender was found out, wouldn't she have introduced this as evidence at some point? This would have been Further evidence to show she was in fact pregnant? I'm listening to all the family law testimon and , the only sonogram was when she was 6 weeks, right?

You can find out gender very early at 6 weeks via a blood test. But if she had this done - again why wouldn't she have introduced this as part of her evidence to show she was pregnant? It's just another lie. The fact that she used the word son shows she is making shit up.

Thus, if she knew the gender there had to be another later sonogram or a blood test that you could have admitted to show that she was pregnant.
